This stress can leave you feeling anxious, depressed and frustrated. Those feelings often get intensified at times of transitions, after an unexpected loss, when dealing with relationship challenges or any other unexpected stressor. Therapy offers a helpful and safe place to regain a sense of control. No two people are alike and everyone comes to therapy for different reasons. We will work together to identify your individual needs and come up with a collaborative plan that will help you reach your greatest potential. I work with my clients to explore their context and history, to make sense of their experiences, to imagine and plan a positive way forward.”
