Taylor holds a Master of Social Work Degree with a concentration in Behavioral Health from the University of Maryland. She has provided therapy to adolescents and young adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and bipolar disorder. Taylor creates a safe and supportive environment for clients to navigate and overcome various challenges.
In her current role as a therapist at Talking Works, Taylor utilizes a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, to facilitate positive changes for clients. Taylor fosters open communication and trust in her relationships with clients and she utilizes her skills and experience to empower individuals on their journey to emotional well-being.
