Sylwia s a compassionate and attentive mental health professional. Her holistic approach to therapy and mind-body connection is grounded in evidence-based practices. Sylwia draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness practices, and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients build clarity, resilience, and practical tools for change. Whether you are feeling stuck in your own thoughts, experiencing relationship strain, or working through past trauma, she will work with you to create a path that feels manageable and empowering.

Therapy with Sylwia is both supportive and purposeful. She creates a non-judgmental space where you feel and can be vulnerable. She offers a warm presence while also helping you move forward with direction and coherence. Sylwia believes in truly listening — not just to what you say, but to what you may not yet have words for. She will help you identify patterns, understand what’s driving them, and develop practical strategies to create change. The work with her will be introspective, structured, and always collaborative. Sylwia views therapy as a path to strengthening relationships with self and the world around, while changing the practice of cognitive, emotional and behavioral responses. She believes that this change does not have to feel chaotic — it can be calm, steady, and deeply meaningful.
