Sharona is a dedicated mental health counselor, holding a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College. With a wealth of experience, she has worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults in various therapeutic settings, including individual, group, and family therapy.

Her approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and art therapy, which she utilizes to promote healthy thoughts and behaviors among her clients. Sharona specializes in addressing a broad spectrum of concerns such as decision-making, conflict resolution, relationship issues, self-esteem/body image, anxiety, stress, and depression. She tailors each session to her clients, employing a fresh approach that encourages open communication and fosters personal growth. Notably, Sharona is proficient in both Farsi and Hebrew.

Known for her genuine warmth and comfortable demeanor, Sharona creates a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences. She is passionate about empowering individuals on their journey to emotional well-being, providing them with the tools and support needed to lead happier, healthier lives.
