Riki Bergstein
LMSW
Riki Bergstein is a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with teens and adults navigating the challenges of everyday life. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work and supports individuals who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally burdened by life’s stressors. Her style is warm, collaborative, and grounding, with a strong focus on helping clients feel understood, validated, and safe exploring what lies beneath the surface.
Riki offers Tele-Health and in-person sessions at our Cedarhurst location. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship and communication challenges, life transitions, adjustment-related stress, and emotional overwhelm. Sessions are tailored to each client’s pace, needs, and unique life experiences.
Her therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. Riki believes therapy is most effective when clients feel safe enough to be honest not only about their struggles, but also about their strengths, hopes, and the parts of themselves that may feel overlooked. She helps clients build insight, develop effective coping skills, strengthen communication, and deepen their connection to themselves and others.
In her work, Riki partners with clients to identify underlying patterns and develop coping strategies that align with their goals, personality, and daily lives. Whether someone is navigating a major transition, feeling stuck, or simply seeking support, Riki offers a compassionate and thoughtful space for meaningful growth and lasting change.
