Psychotherapist Shoshana Zelcer is a Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to helping people face life’s challenges with resilience, clarity, and confidence. She earned her Master’s degree from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work and has worked in mental health clinics with clients of all ages and backgrounds. This experience gives her the ability to understand a wide range of needs and meet clients where they are. As a Psychotherapist she provides compassionate therapy for teens, young adults, and families.

Her style is warm, compassionate, and centered on the client. She draws on evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based practices. In sessions, she creates a safe environment where clients feel heard, valued, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.

Shoshana specializes in supporting teenagers and young adults navigating identity, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, or life transitions. She also works with adults and families facing relationship stress, parenting struggles, or the emotional weight of caring for loved ones with health concerns.

She is passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health. Shoshana believes in honoring each client’s unique story and tailoring therapy to their strengths and goals. By walking alongside them, she helps clients take meaningful steps toward healing and self-discovery.

Therapy with Shoshana is available in English, with basic Hebrew when helpful. She brings thoughtfulness, flexibility, and care to every session, always striving to help clients move closer to becoming the best version of themselves.
