Natalia holds her Master’s Degree from Fordham University in New York City. Natalia has varied experience that she gained in different clinical setting, including experience with diverse symptoms and disorders, and diverse client ages. She has extensive experience with children, including working with Russian-American children and families. Natalia often works with clients suffering from anxiety and depression, and she utilizes such methods as CBT, DBT, motivational techniques, mindfulness, and many other. Natalia believes that uncovering clients’ unresolved emotional pain and working through it leads to healing and achieving life’s full potential.
Natalia believes in creating a supportive partnership with her clients as she works with them to resolve their difficulties. She focuses on creating an atmosphere of compassion and acceptance in her relationships with her clients. This allows her clients to reveal their authentic selves and, in this process, gain crucial insight that’s needed for their self-actualization.
