Kisha Jones is a dedicated mental health professional committed to supporting individuals in their personal growth and in navigating life’s challenges. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Services, a Master’s Degree in Counseling, and a Master’s Degree in Adult Education. Her academic background also includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Family Studies, an Associate’s Degree in Business Management, an Advanced Certificate in Mental Health, and certification as a Life Coach.
Kisha brings over a decade of professional experience to her work and has served as an adjunct instructor, facilitated vision board workshops and empowerment brunches, and led mental health, time-management, and goal-setting workshops. Her diverse background allows her to approach care from both an educational and therapeutic lens.
She provides a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can gain insight, build emotional awareness, and work toward realistic, attainable goals. Her areas of focus include anxiety, self-esteem and confidence building, burnout prevention and recovery, women’s health, and relationship dynamics.
Kisha offers services exclusively via Telehealth/video sessions, allowing clients to engage in therapy in a flexible and accessible way. She utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and Client-Centered Therapy. Through a collaborative process, she partners with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that combine emotional insight with practical skill-building, supporting sustainable and meaningful change.
