Johanna Henry

Johanna is a compassionate therapist who earned her master’s degree in clinical social work at New York University. She has experience working with children and teens, as well as with adults, with relationship problems and various mental health difficulties, including bipolar disorder, PTSD, anger management, ADHD, and anxiety. Johanna uses many therapeutic modalities, including CBT, psychodynamic, EFT, play therapy, family therapy, and experiential techniques.

Johanna is always interested in learning and growing in her field. She frequently participates in professional seminars and she holds a certificate from a 2-year program in Family and Couples Therapy from ICP, Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy. Johanna had a prior career as a music teacher. She enjoys playing chamber music in her spare time.
