Eleanora Labun

Eleonora is a passionate mental health professional with a solid medical background and substantial international experience. She has been working with patients suffering from severe mental illnesses in the different clinical settings, inpatient and outpatient over the last 20 years. She holds a M.S. degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University-Texarkana and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from First Moscow State Medical University, completed her Psychiatry Residency Training in Israel. She speaks fluently in English, Hebrew, and Russian.
Eleonora provides a person-centered, goal oriented psychotherapy for clients struggling with a broad spectrum of mood and anxiety disorders, relational difficulties, who feel overwhelmed by effects of psychological trauma and loss. She practices Cognitive-Behavior, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Psychodynamic therapy approaches for helping people work through difficult feelings, build meaningful connection with others, and take responsibility for their lives making informed choices.
