Chantal Kamara had an interest in psychology and psychotherapy since high school, and, in pursuing this interest, she obtained her Master’s Degree in Counseling and became a licensed counselor. Chantal has been providing compassionate and caring psychotherapy for many years. She has worked with clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds, helping them achieve psychological health.
Chantal has experience working with adults, children, couples, and families. She uses various therapeutic techniques, such as CBT, SFT, EFT and many other. Chantal helped many clients with depression, anxiety, and history of trauma. In her work, Chantal combines humanistic and cognitive approaches, she helps clients identify and alter their maladaptive beliefs, and increase their sense of self-worth and identity.
