Aryeh (Eric) Sanders, LMSW is a Licensed Master Social Worker providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. He earned his Master of Social Work degree from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University.
Aryeh’s clinical work is grounded in a humanistic, client-centered approach influenced by the work of Carl Rogers and Irvin Yalom. He prioritizes each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals, and believes therapy is most effective when built on a genuine, collaborative relationship rooted in trust, respect, and authenticity. He provides services exclusively via telehealth/video sessions, offering flexibility and accessibility while maintaining a strong therapeutic connection.
Aryeh specializes in supporting clients experiencing depression and anxiety, family conflict and relationship challenges, identity exploration and life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, and motivation concerns.
His integrative approach incorporates evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and behavioral activation.
