Hina M
MHC - LP
Before entering the mental health field, Hina spent over a decade as an educator, which gives her a unique understanding of the pressures and emotional complexities young adults face. Her background helps her build authentic, trusting relationships with clients, particularly those in transitional life stages.
Hina’s therapeutic approach centers on creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. She sees therapy as a collaborative journey—walking alongside her clients rather than leading from the front. Her style is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Existential Therapy, and she tailors her work to meet each individual’s needs.
She believes that healing is not linear, and progress often comes in small, meaningful steps. She celebrates each client’s growth and courage and is honored to support them on their path toward deeper self-understanding and lasting change.
