Her therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and client-centered. She draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based approaches. She creates a safe, relaxed, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow at their own pace.

Shoshana specializes in supporting teenagers and young adults as they work through issues related to identity, self-awareness, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. She is passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and believes in honoring each individual’s lived experience. She tailors each session to the unique strengths and goals of her clients, walking alongside them on their path to healing and self-discovery.
