Mollie Rosenblum

MSW-LP

Mollie is a compassionate and experienced licensed social worker with over seven years of expertise in providing therapeutic support to individuals navigating life’s challenges. A graduate of Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University, she specializes in working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and low self-esteem.

Her therapeutic approach focuses on empowering clients to understand themselves better, uncover underlying thoughts, and develop effective coping strategies. By equipping her clients with the tools and skills they need to manage their symptoms, Mollie helps them not only function but thrive in their daily lives. She emphasizes the importance of self-awareness and personal growth, helping clients work through past experiences and motivations to foster meaningful change in their feelings and behaviors.

Mollie works best with individuals who are motivated to improve their lives and embrace positive change. Her sessions provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can develop the confidence to face life’s ups and downs. She utilizes evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to guide her clients in achieving their personal goals and improving their emotional well-being.

Whether in one-on-one or group therapy sessions, Mollie’s mission is to empower her clients with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate life’s complexities and achieve lasting fulfillment.
