Taylor Borsina
LMSW
Taylor holds a Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Maryland and specializes in sex therapy, with a focus on supporting survivors of sexual trauma. She also works with teens and adults who are exploring their sexual or gender identity, as well as those living with serious mental health challenges such as bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizophrenia, who are interested in understanding how their experiences with sexuality, identity, and mental health intersect.
Her approach is warm and rooted in person-centered and attachment-based frameworks. Taylor pays attention to how past experiences shape present patterns, especially in how people relate to themselves and others. She often brings in body-based practices to help her clients tune into their nervous systems, build regulation skills, and stay connected during challenging moments.
