Dr. Susannah Mileshina holds her Ph.D. degree in counseling psychology, and she is a licensed mental health counselor. She has over a decade of experience providing psychotherapy to children, teens and adults in a variety of settings, including inpatient, college counseling centers, and schools.
Susannah believes that your comfort with a therapist is crucial; you should feel seen and cared about. She also believes in creating some challenges in therapy. She attempts to achieve symptom relief as the first objective, and she also addresses your bedrock ways of being which contribute to your painful symptoms.
