Lee Ting (Lily) Lam is a compassionate adult mental health psychotherapist. She supports adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity challenges, and cultural adjustment. Lily earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University. She is trilingual in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.Originally from Hong Kong and having studied in the UK and the U.S., Lily understands the emotional challenges of living between cultures. Additionally, she is especially attuned to grief, intergenerational conflict, and immigration-related stress. As a trusted mental health counselor for adults, she helps clients build coping skills, strengthen self-esteem, and foster personal growth.

Lily creates a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive space where clients feel heard, seen, and empowered. Moreover, she takes a holistic and integrative approach to therapy. Her methods include Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Person-Centered Therapy, and trauma-informed care. She is also a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a member of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA). This training allows her to support meaningful change on both conscious and subconscious levels.

As a trusted adult mental health psychotherapist, Lily believes every client brings unique wisdom to the healing process. Therefore, she encourages clients to reconnect with their inner truth, build resilience, and take active steps toward positive change. Her approach emphasizes compassion, honesty, and self-awareness as tools for meaningful transformation.
